Amazing what we wouldn’t allow in “our space” but have no problem permitting in our mind.
As if our mind is not part of our space!
Somehow we concede control and of the space that actually has the most power to make us or break us.
What we allow in our thoughts creates our life. It is simply that simple. And what creates our thoughts? What we observe, how we are entertained, what we read and attach our emotions to, are some of the raw ingredients of those powerful thoughts.
Thoughts can be toxic – literally; by the emotion attached to a thought, we release certain chemicals into our brain and hence through our body.

We need to patrol our thoughts as vigilantly as we patrol and protect our home.

By all means grab control of your thoughts; It is your life! [Where it says “you” say I and use ‘my’ instead of “your” — personalize it! Much more powerful!]
