21-Day Detox Challenge ~ Spirit, Mind & Body: Day 1. Let’s begin with the end in mind!
Hello!
Day 1 of this program is SUPER exciting for me and I hope for you too! For many of you it’s a second time around this year (last series, October 2010) so I KNOW you want to do this at at even higher level than the last time, right? 🙂 I know I DO!!
Several of you have thanked me for a second go at this…I want you to truly thank YOU! Honestly, to be this diligent about self-growth, this committed to your highest and best is just MAGNIFICENT!
I (((((((APPLAUD)))))))) YOU for being on this ride a second time.
For the first-timers….as much admiration comes your way because you are taking on this challenge without the benefit of knowing for sure what is coming at you. It’s no joke, these challenges may seem real simple and easy…BUT, when you get into the daily activity of doing them, it’s really challenging: Especially simultaneously.
So…We (((((((APPLAUD)))))))) you TOO! 🙂
It’s just so FABULOUS to be on this journey with ALL of YOU!! (the group is approximately 67 people)
Let us begin with our highest and best effort, maximum commitment and off the charts enthusiasm. Let’s begin how we want to finish…with MAGNIFICENT energy, creativity, productivity and joy.
By now you have: (just a little reminder)
- Reviewed the downloads and signed the agreement with self…see downloads link at bottom
- Teamed up with an accountability partner — say on the event wall if you need one and one will emerge, as always. [Reaping maximum benefits from this program requires complete accountability and a partner is VERY helpful in this regard – daily actions while meeting these challenges will be so much more inspired (and likely to be DONE!) with someone to check in with…believe me!]
- Done all preparation and planning work
- Completed CHECKLIST ( in downloads)
- Written a CLEAR and SPECIFIC and VERY INSPIRED intention statement for this journey….What are you going to accomplish by completing these challenges? What is your primary intention – specifically?
We must begin with the end in mind. So see your vision clearly – see it vividly with vivacious color and bold accents. See your vision, write your vision and imagine your vision coming to fruition THEN your daily actions will come from a foundation of inspiration. You’ll need that inspiration when/if the excitement wanes. Daily work is not always filled with heady excitement…you know this…it takes a serious commitment to reaching your goals and completing what you start to get into inspired daily action for 21 days straight!
So take the time to see your vision, write it and imagine it often; Like a homing device this activity will keep you on the right track.
HAVE A MAGNIFICENT 1st DAY of our 21 days together!
Wishing you an abundance of peace, joy and excitement,
♥~
