It’s day 16 of #21DaysofMASSIVEGratitudeandNOComplaining!!!
Today we are back to the self venue. Let’s be grateful for ALL of who/what we are; and, do not speak, think or feel ANY complaints about our self.
*Our Spiritual self and SOURCE
*Our Mental/emotional/financial self
*Our Physical self
Let us be GRATEFUL, massively GRATEFUL for ALL of who we are. All of who we are, every piece of our past (struggles and triumphs) and morsel of our present mindset (joys and pains) contribute to what you call “MYSELF.”
So, grateful we are/will be, for ALL of who and what we are!
After gratitude, pledges for improvement are always appropriate. You can always become a better version, but in this moment, be grateful for the entirety of your being. Change flows best from love.
AFFIRM: I am made perfectly in the image of God!
Tip: Find 3 things that need improvement in your life and instead of complaining about them to yourself, make a statement that includes appreciation,intention and commitment to address each issue. Then, share with an accountability partner.
