Here we are at Day 3… We started with a focus on gratitude for self, then relationships so today let’s focus on our HOME.
No matter how much you might be wishing to move or find a more suitable place to live… BE GRATEFUL today that you have a place to rest your head at night. I hope everyone on this journey has such a place. You never know you know.
If you have a warm bed, a safe spot, a cozy, dry area with a roof and some conveniences of life, please be grateful.
And if more than that you have a beautiful environment with loved ones around, be even more grateful.
Today, take stock of the place you call home and find at least 3 things you are grateful for about it…. even if you are dying to move. 🙂
Say ‘thank-you’ and feel the gratitude in your heart.
AFFIRM: I AM GRATEFUL for my home/bed/space to rest at night.
TIP: With every possible complaint today – anything you are not pleased with, put it on hold for a second, as you recall something you are grateful for… feel that sensation for a few moments.
THEN consciously change your tone (in your head) about what you are unhappy with. Select a tone that is clear but NOT overly emotional. THEN, either speak it or be silent, whichever is best.

Don’t forget… journal daily. It’s a a powerful daily habit and, just KNOWING that you will be writing that sentence later “I am grateful for…” encourages a certain vigilance about finding those things throughout the day.
Start the day with a mindset of gratitude and you will be sure to find much to be grateful for… ~♥~
