My Dear Friend,
Day 14 – #21DaysofMASSIVEGratitudeandNOComplaining
Let’s reflect as we work or as we take it easy. Whatever your’e doing today, reflect from time to time on this:
1) Am I doing the work that excites me the most?
2) Am I gratified by what I do daily?
3) How can I adjust things, what do I need to do to have those answers be “YES!!!”
A mindset, lifestyle of gratitude can’t just be fluffy and mere words or even airy feelings. It has to be based in the substance of your life. The very substance of your being.
Affirm: (see post by Nonie Brown on the power of what you speak) – create an affirmation that will empower you as you work…one that will help you create an outcome you seek regarding your work here on earth
Tip: Write in your gratitude journal about the things you are tempted to complain about and what you can do to re-frame or change the situation…
Oh and remember – if you’re not doing what you are here to do you might be feeling out of sorts for a reason…
Albert Einstein said: “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
Sending you so much love…
