Hello Dear One!
We are doing a 21 Day program online — 21 Days of Giving! It started on the 12th and is running to the 1st of January. It’s fun, free and easy – for the most part! It was my intention to share this daily journey with you, on time, but a combination of factors came into play and it wasn’t possible.
[If you are on Facebook, you can sign up for the 21 Days of Giving Event here]
I’m in St Croix with part-time WiFi assisting a friend who is recuperating after some major surgery…and getting business done when and where possible.
Here is the Day 1 Message:
It’s day 1 of 21 Days of Giving! Starting with ‘first things first’ let us give to OURSELF the following gifts today; do as early as possible in your day (more time to bask in the joy of the afterglow):
1. Smile at yourself (a sincere and loving smile) as often as you’d like
2. Sit quietly 2x today for at least 1 minute, breathing deeply focused only on one thought …
3. Think of the thing you love most about yourself – who helped you to be that way?
4. Think of the thing you love least about yourself – where did that come from?
5. Forgive yourself for something you did or did not do this week
6. Celebrate doing #5 by doing something, going somewhere or giving yourself a small symbolic gift to remember the gift of forgiveness
7. Set a goal for this 21-day journey of giving: What would you like to have happen in your life?
Have fun with these gifts today. If it’s a challenge do as much as you can but stretch and grow wherever possible. A challenge in this area indicates a blockage in your giving pipeline for if you struggle with giving to yourself, your gifts to others will not be as pure or generous as you would have them be.
Here are the earlier messages – prior to Day 1.
Welcome Givers! Prepare for your 21-day spree of giving with a visualization today…For just 30 seconds (time it) see yourself giving one of your favorite people the gift of time. See yourself listening to them with a heart filled with love…
Have a magnificently generous day!
With an abundance of love,
Julette Millien
