Day 2! How was yesterday? Don’t be discouraged if opportunities to be negative and not grateful came your way in more ways than one! It happens…forgive yourself and keep it moving!
Those experiences build awareness. So be grateful for them.
Today… focus on those relationships and the people in your life you are grateful for.
1) Just make a list… mentally and if you can, write it out.
2) Please dedicate a journal/notebook or e-doc to this journey (though I do highly recommend long-hand writing as it is so good for the flow…) so all your thoughts, insights and gratitude can accumulate in one place.
3) Tell as many as you can about your gratitude
AFFIRM throughout the day: I am grateful for the people in my life
Tip: Let the first thought and words out of your mouth as you rise in the morning be based on a sensation of intense gratitude. So many do not get to wake up. (and if you forget do it as soon as you remember)
Also, Take note of the types of complaints you begin to feel/think about – just become aware and jot down a few notes – see if there is a pattern. Not only the types of complaints but also the time of day… be a journalist, and observe closely.
