Today — do your 3 recurring exercises: take action on your goal, if only for a few minutes or through mental practice, do daily forgiveness ritual and spend time relaxing and using your powerful imagination. [see prior messages for directions and links]
Make an extra effort to be still today — just looked at a video yesterday on the power of meditation, specifically stillness and breathing. Amazing the benefits we receive from just being still and taking control of our mind and body for a period of time.
Have a magnificent day — those in/from the US, enjoy the holiday! Travel safe.
My family and some friends are headed to a wonderful retreat right on the river (picture above) – Eddy Farm Retreat & Conference Center – a little piece of paradise on earth is what it is 🙂
