One change: Expand the area of gratitude …on a blank page in your journal, create a list completing this sentence:
Today, I am grateful for…
Also, read all you have written in your journal and add notes and thoughts as they occur to you preferably using a different color ink. Basically, have a PBS – private brainstorming session with your own ideas, goals and thoughts about achieving your goals. This is a powerful way to tap into your own base of knowledge and insights.
