Hello Dear One,
If you haven’t yet for the morning, STOP and be still. What are you grateful for? Being able to breathe on your own perhaps? We can make a list a mile long with just those things we take for granted and never itemize… breath, health, mobility, food, choices, warm bed, loved ones, etc. etc…
I recommend taking one minute each morning before your feet hit the ground to say ‘thank you’ for whatever pops into your heart. Then spend the rest of the day – at least once per hour, reflecting for 30 seconds on your blessings. Commit to this and your life will “magically” jump to a higher level of living.
To take the power of gratitude in your life up another notch, record 3 things each evening that you are grateful for – that occurred or you saw that day. Go to bed with that on your mind – as opposed to the TV humming or the news or some such distraction.
Pure magic — gratitude is the seed of abundance! 🙂
